THE PROCESS

The 4 Stages to Your New Creation

Preparation

This stage involves preparing the surface where the stone veneer will be applied. It includes cleaning the surface, ensuring it's dry and free from debris, and applying any necessary waterproofing or moisture barriers.

Application

Once the surface is prepared, mortar is mixed according to the manufacturer's instructions. The mortar is then applied to the surface using a trowel, creating a base for the stone veneer.

Placement

In this stage, the stone veneer pieces are carefully placed onto the mortar bed, following the planned layout and pattern. The stones are pressed firmly into the mortar to ensure proper adhesion.

Curing

After the stones are in place, the joints between them are filled with mortar or grout. Once the mortar has set, the surface is cleaned to remove any excess mortar or grout, and a sealant may be applied to protect the stone veneer and enhance its appearance.
